What In The World Are We Up To Now?

The 2023 Misty Slope Reserve is now available! The grapes and percentages are exactly the same as the regular 23 Misty Slope, however we had the reserve go through malolactic fermentation to bring a different feel to the wine. Instead of a crisp fruity porch pounder like the 23 Misty Slope, we have a softer, more food friendly wine. Think Chardonnay without all the butter and oak. Pair with chicken, pork, turkey, shell fish, and meaty fish like halibut and cod.
